Lisa Tse Ltd worked closely with The Peninsula London throughout its journey to opening, providing creative support across multiple areas of the hotel, including People & Culture, brand communications, content and photography.

Working as an extension of the in-house team, Lisa also served as the hotel’s in-house photographer, documenting the creation and opening of London’s first billion-pound hotel and capturing its people, culture, experiences and defining moments from within.

Our broader creative involvement gave us a unique perspective on the hotel as it came to life. From developing creative ideas and communications to supporting People & Culture initiatives, our work touched different aspects of the evolving Peninsula experience.

Through photography, Lisa created an intimate visual record of that journey — capturing life behind the scenes alongside key milestones, craftsmanship, culinary experiences, personalities and the details that shaped the hotel’s identity.

It was a rare opportunity to contribute creatively to the making of a new London landmark while documenting its story as it unfolded.
