Lisa Tse Ltd was appointed to lead brand development and communications strategy, translating a proven UAE concept into a London proposition with the clarity, credibility and discipline required to perform in this market — while retaining the strength and identity that made TEN11 successful internationally.

Flagship Experience
Our remit focused on brand development for the London market and the full flagship experience — shaping the brand and guest journey, refining the all-day dining concept, supporting menu development and proposition, and building the foundation for TEN11’s digital channels across web and social. We also delivered the premium touchpoints that define hospitality at this level — including tableware, uniforms and on-site brand details — ensuring the Knightsbridge flagship launched with a cohesive experience, consistent standards, and a proposition designed to perform in London from day one.
