A new micro-distilled craft spirit is available from two Michelin-starred chef Alex Dilling, taking his attention to detail for recipe development and matching perfumed scents he has created the ultimate smooth, gin. A gin that can be sipped, served on the rocks, a gin that you don’t ‘have’ to garnish, though is served perfectly with tonic and a piece of citrus.

The 5 Puffins Gin branding was developed by Lisa Tse Ltd.

A labelling set was also produced for the sustainably-bottled range that delicately combines a highly detailed pattern in both print and gold foil on a recyclable stock.

Dilling was “very much” involved in the development process of 5 Puffins; “From choosing a distillery to tastings, bottles, labels that actually extract part of our restaurant brand and the overall theme of the gin which translates very well with the food I cook: clean, elegant yet minimal packaging”.

Responsibility was key to the design and implementation of the gin “the sustainability side of the product was also important – from the label to the ingredients.”
